Working with Tina, I was able to dig up some negative beliefs about myself that were holding me back, especially around my own self-worthiness. I was hoping to find some clarity, a direction, and a foundation to move forward with my life both personally and professionally. I soon began to notice when they were happening, why they were happening and how to replace them. I am happy to say, here I am enjoying my career in ways that I hadn't in years. I have rediscovered my purpose, creativity and, most importantly, the joy in my work.

- Ciria Brewer, Student Voice and Empowerment Project Resource Teacher

Tina gets life. She understands what I need before I do. The practical coaching sessions have changed my life in so many ways. I have learned how to organize and prioritize. I am more productive, and living such a better life.

- Antoinette Leiber, Humanities Teacher and Reading Specialist

The Bold Educator Program has been the best professional investment I’ve made for myself. Tina is very passionate and in tune with the work she does. Her support always brings clarity and perspective. She’s speaking from experience, and always has new insights for income generation, mindset, and speaking into existence. The group conversations and relationships among our cohort have deepened and strengthened since the program’s inception so I feel safe and supported to share my feelings or challenges, and yet I am held accountable for pursuing my goals and dreams.

Professional Development

Star icon

Let’s face it. Most professional development trainings are focused on implementing new programs, introducing curriculum, or learning about ways to better support students. But what about the staff themselves? When was the last time you attended a training focused on how to reconnect to your purpose, to find value in building meaningful relationships, or how to create work/life balance so you can be highly-productive at work and love the life you live outside of school?

We do not believe in One-Size Fits All!

When Vibe Movement works with a school site, we see this as an opportunity for true partnership and collaboration. All professional development trainings are crafted to address site-specific needs and create sustainable solutions. In other words, we work with you!

If you are looking to train your staff in restorative practices, shift to a more positive and supportive staff culture, and/or boost productivity and avoid educator burnout, then stop waiting. Stop prioritizing trainings that aren’t motivating your educators or addressing issues that you aren’t sure how to handle. We can help.

My teaching style has evolved due to restorative practices. Working with VIBE Movement has provided a new way of understanding student behavior. Positive relationships are established through restorative circles, which radiate throughout our curriculum and classroom environment. I recommend this practice and the movement to all fellow teachers!

– Jenny Blackwood, Lead Facilitator & Curriculum Creator, Zen Totz

I've known Tina for over 12 years, and she has proven time and again that to positively empower our youth is the key to initiate REAL change in our society.

– Jon Centofranchi, Principal, Old Town Academy

I asked Tina to facilitate a teambuilding session at our organization’s retreat. The creativity, thoughtfulness, and passion she brought to the session led to a real breakthrough in how our team interacted. As executive director, I’ve seen how the session has had a true, lasting impact on the effectiveness of our organization.

I had the pleasure of seeing Tina speak at two incredible Kroc School events geared towards celebrating youth leadership. Both times, Tina captivated the audience with poignant, thought-provoking, inspiring, and humorous speeches that were the perfect way to conclude the evening. Her delivery was great, but the words themselves were so powerful that I followed up to get Tina's remarks and ended up publishing them as posts to our blog.

– Justin Prugh, Communications and Marketing Manager, University of San Diego's Kroc School

Tina is a captivating and compelling speaker with a sense of humor who keeps her audience engaged, which is not an easy task when your audience is teenagers! Teenagers have little patience for adults who don't care and don't mean what they say. Tina  cares more than anyone I've ever met and inspires respect and admiration.

– Marie-Line Allen, French Teacher, Saint Augustine High School

I already knew Tina a little bit but when I heard her share her story, I was even more amazed by who she is. She's overcame a lot in life and continues to find her way through it with positivity and resilience. She is so unique and well spoken, and that is what makes her such a valuable speaker.

Retreats

Working around an academic calendar can be totally amazing. AND totally insane. Yeah, you get summers off and breaks during the year but let’s be real about this: those breaks are jam packed with to-do lists and playing catch up with doctor’s appointments, house projects, and all the other things that you put off while you are working. And we all know what is most often neglected: yourself. But here’s the thing:

We are vibrational beings and we are meant to vibe high.

Vibe Retreats are all about giving ourselves a chance to operate at our highest frequency so that we can thrive in life - so we can truly show up the way we are meant to show up. Whether we are spending a weekend in the mountains or coming together virtually, our retreats are focused on YOU. We bring together professional, personal and community in a way that is invigorating, inspiring, and rejuvenating.

Our next retreat is in March in Lake Arrowhead. Want to see if it's a fit for you? Book a time to chat with Tina!

I am from Budapest, Hungary, a country in the heart of Eastern Europe. Being part of the mini-retreat was a truly invaluable learning experience for me. I have a clearer picture now about myself and understand where my strengths and weaker aspects lay, and what areas need attention.

– Zsuzsi Noé, E+ Program Coordinator, Lauder Javne School, Budapest, Hungary

The Vibe Movement Mini-Retreat was food for the soul: being together with great people, at a great sunny spot, sharing and receiving wisdom, and beginning a journey to do the deep work.

– Rachel Christensen

As a professional procrastinator, I was initially drawn to Tina’s mini-retreat with the promise of practical tools to make the most of your summer. I walked away with so much more - a renewed clarity of purpose and direction through self-reflection, self-care and shared experience that I didn’t even realize I needed.
